- "What is a project?"

A project is essentially a sub-account, that you can use to easily differentiate & manage multiple brands, eg local country shops.

Each project has a separate data.

- "Do you have a trial period?"

Yes, we do have 30 days trial period for you to use your production account and resign before the period ends with no payment. If however, you need more time for integration, then we’re happy to give you a discount on the payment plan.

- "What happens when I extend the limit of redemptions, will you stop accepting vouchers?"

The user experience of your Customers is very important to us, therefore we do not block the redemptions after you extend your limits. We will simply inform you about it and propose an alternative plan.

- "What if I am unhappy with your service and want to resign?"

We do everything in our power to make our Clients happy. But if for whatever reason, you still would like to leave our service, you can do that within 30 days. You can also export your vouchers & redemptions data to make sure your Customers still have the possibility to redeem active promotions.

- “Do you offer a refund in case the platform won’t work?”

We are very proud to have 100% uptime across all server locations, however, things break. In such a case, we offer a partly or fully refund of your monthly license, in case of unplanned downtime under 99,9%. Please refer to your SLA for details.

- "What is redemption?"

Redemption is a processed transaction that takes place when the reward is redeemed ( in the form of discount ) or assigned to the Customer ( in the form of loyalty points ).

- "Do you offer any discounts?"

We run a Promo Management Software, so of course, we do! You get 10% OFF when you decide to pay annually. Plus, we have a Referral Bonus, when you can get 20% monthly revenue of every new client that you recommend.

- “I have a limit of processed transactions, but how many unique coupon codes per month I can generate?”

We understand that especially in marketing, every business needs to test various business logics to learn what is best for their Customers. Therefore, we don’t limit the number of coupon codes generated or uploaded to our platform, nor the number of campaigns created.

- "What form of payment do you accept?"

Each payment is done upon invoice and you can pay for it via bank transfer or a credit card. You can also add your credit card information so the future payments will be processed automatically. Keep in mind we never store your card data - we use Stripe to process credit card transactions.

- “What forms of Business Support do you offer?"

Within the Standard Support terms, we provide Technical & Business Support to Customers via phone, chat and email on weekdays during the hours of 9:00 am through 6:00 pm CET time, with the exclusion of Federal Holidays (“​Support Hours​”).

You may initiate a helpdesk ticket any time by emailing​. We will respond to all Helpdesk tickets within one (1) business day.

As our Customer, you also get access to the Vouchery User Community Slack to get product updates, exchange ideas and take part in new feature testing.

- “Does Vouchery have business insurance to make my business safe?”

Yes, we have a Hiscox Business Insurance by Hiscox Insurance Company Limited, specifically:
       a) Professional indemnity insurance for technology companies, with coverage up to
           £2,000,000 per claim
       b) Public and products liability insurance, with coverage up to £5,000,000 per claim
       c) Employers’ liability insurance
       d) Cyber and data insurance
